Online DS‑160 & Consular Interview.
Entry & Study: Authorized upon visa issuance.
OPT / STEM OPT: Apply 90 days before graduation via Form I‑765. Standard OPT = 12 months; STEM EST = +24 months.

For OPT/STEM: ensure job is related to field; assist with employer info needed in STEM annual self-certifications

Sponsor Program Search: Agree on objectives and eligibility.
Form DS‑2019 Issued.
Pay SEVIS Fee, DS‑160 Interview.
